All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in China. This allows us to offer high-quality products at accessible prices, though it also affects delivery timeframes, as described below.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times (in business days, in addition to processing time) are as follows:

  • United States: 9–12 business days
  • European Union: 9–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 9–12 business days
  • Canada: 9–12 business days
  • Oceania (including Australia and New Zealand): 11–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, local carrier delays, or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Depending on your order and destination, shipping is offered either as free shipping or as a paid shipping option. Applicable shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Carriers and Tracking

Depending on your location, your order may be shipped and handled by one or more of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, China Post, DHL, Cainiao, YunExpress, and 4PX. Your tracking number can also generally be tracked through aggregator services such as 17Track.

You will receive your tracking number by email within 72 hours of your order being shipped. Please allow a short period after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. PurePath is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
