At PurePath, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, please contact us within this window at support@purepathofficial.com.

Eligible Items

All items purchased from PurePath are eligible for return within the 14-day window described above, provided they are returned in the condition in which they were received (unused and, where applicable, in original packaging), along with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PurePath is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

How to Request a Return

  • Step 1: Email us at support@purepathofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our support team, at your own cost.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund by email and process it within 7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@purepathofficial.com as soon as possible, including photos of the item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Payments and Processing

All payments and refunds are securely processed through Shopify's payment infrastructure. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
